We aim to deliver your order(s) to you within 3-4 business days. However, we shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery timeline, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
We offer standard shipping for all orders made on our Online Store.
Orders are shipped in 3-4 business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore National holidays).
We use flat-rate shipping of S$5 for orders up to 5kg and S$8 for orders from above 5kg to10kg.
Free delivery for orders S$60 and above.
Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is S$80.00 and above
We do not deliver to P.O boxes
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
International shipping is currently suspended, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This option is open to all orders. We will WhatsApp you within 24 hours to liaise with you on a suitable time and date, as the collection is by appointment only.
Returns & Exchange Policy
In the event that an incorrect or defective item has been sent to you, we will provide an exchange or refund. All you need to do is:
Email us at email@example.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order with the order number and picture(s) of the item
Return the item to us using a traceable mode of delivery within 7 calendar days. The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact. Keep your receipt for return shipping refund. We are not responsible for any lost mail
Upon receiving your returned item, we will check the item and process the exchange or refund with the return shipping fee via the same payment mode you used to purchase the item. The payment provider will credit the amount back to you within 7-14 working days. Do note that if we find that a product has been intentionally damaged or tampered with by the customer, exchange or refunds will not be offered.
As returns are not allowed otherwise, please check your order (e.g. type, size, colour, quantity) before checking out. If you need help with sizing, chat with us!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time, on average 3-5 business days, before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
